Le tour du cadran provides you with the option of receiving your order at home or in pick-up stations.

HOME AND PICK-UP STATION DELIVERY 

From 4,00 €

  Articles are delivered in secure packaging. The amount charged depends on the total amount of order. The delivery period is 2-3 days from receipt of order in Metropolitan France and 3-10 days for other destinations.

Free returns for 15 days

To do so, please contact our customer services who will outline the procedure. Please take care to check that the articles are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Once we have received your return, you have the following choices: 
- To choose a new article of an equivalent value
 - To receive a gift cheque for the equivalent amount
 - To be reimbursed for your order

SECURE PAYMENT

For all card payments (Visa, Mastercard) the banking transaction is carried out by STRIPE. Your bank details are encrypted (SSL technology). They do not circulate over the internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date...) are under no circumstances communicated to Le tour du cadran.
